1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "TOU") aim to define the terms and conditions for the use of the website www.qeeranails.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by Qeera Nails (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher"), as well as the rights and obligations of users in this context.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and using the Site imply the user's unconditional acceptance of these TOU. If the user does not accept all or part of these terms, they are advised not to use the Site.
3. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an internet connection. Any costs related to accessing the Site, including hardware, software, or internet access fees, are solely the responsibility of the user.
The Publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure quality access to the Site but is not obligated to achieve this. The Publisher reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently suspend access to all or part of the Site (including for maintenance or updates).
4. Account Creation
When placing an order on our website, a customer account may be automatically created using the provided email address. This account allows the customer to view their order history, easily access it, and download their invoice in PDF format.
To make a return request, creating a customer account is not necessary. Simply log in via our return portal using the email address used for the order. A 6-digit verification code will then be sent via email to authenticate the request.
Returns are only accepted under the conditions set forth in our return policy. Requests made beyond the specified deadline cannot be processed.
5. Services Provided
The Site allows users to:
- Browse products available for sale (false nails, accessories, etc.);
- Place an order;
- Track the status of their orders via a tracking link;
- Manage product returns through a dedicated platform.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the services offered on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the Site fairly and in compliance with these TOU, applicable regulations, and good conduct.
In particular, the user is prohibited from:

Order, payment, delivery, and return procedures are defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), available on the Site.
The user is advised to read these carefully before placing any order.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. The version in effect is the one available on the Site at the time of the user's connection. Therefore, users are advised to regularly consult the TOU.
14. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
