Terms of sale
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Qeera Nails, whose registered office is located at 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002, Paris, France, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website www.qeeranails.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the Customer, without exception or reservation.
2. Products
The products available for sale include Press-On nails, application accessories (gel pads, cuticle pushers, mini buffer, etc.), and other items related to the press-on nail industry.
Each product is described in detail on its product page. Product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the Customer will be notified by email.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method, shipping address, and parcel weight, and will be displayed before order confirmation.
Promotional offers may be available and will be subject to specific terms outlined on the promotion page.
4. Orders
Customers can place orders directly on the website. Once confirmed, orders are considered firm and final.
Due to our fast processing and order volume, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
In case of a clear error (e.g., typo in the name or address), the Customer must contact us immediately at support@qeeranails.com with the subject line “DELIVERY ADDRESS ERROR”, including the order number and full name. Without this information, the request may not be processed in time.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All transactions are secured through our payment service provider.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, this timeframe may be extended during high-traffic periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, sales), or due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes).
In mainland France:
Delivery options selected by the Customer at checkout include:
- Pickup point (Mondial Relay): standard delivery, free for orders over €40
- Home delivery (La Poste or Colissimo): extra fees may apply depending on the selected carrier
- Express delivery: available for an additional fee, based on location and carrier
International delivery:
Only home delivery is available via our partner carriers. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
We are actively working to offer pickup point delivery across more European countries soon.
Tracking:
The tracking number is provided by email upon shipment.
The Customer can track the delivery using the link provided, the carrier’s website, or directly from our homepage via the "Track My Order" link in the footer.
7. Returns
In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products (press-on nails and included accessories) must be returned in original condition: unworn, unfiled, unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging.
Returns are managed via our self-service returns platform available here.
The Customer must log in using the email address used for the purchase, enter the one-time login code sent by email, and follow the steps provided.
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product). In such cases, please select the reason “Damaged or defective item” or “I received the wrong item.”
All return requests must be submitted through our dedicated return portal. Any return sent to a different address will not be processed or refunded.
If a parcel is returned to us (due to non-collection or incorrect address), the initial shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, even if the shipping was free under a promotion.
8. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank.
In case of delays, we advise the Customer to check their bank statement and contact us if needed.
9. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions can be returned, unless otherwise specified in the offer’s specific terms.
Please check the conditions of each offer before submitting a return request.
10. Promotional Offer “Buy 2 = Get 1 Free” and Returns
The “Buy 2 items = Get 1 item free” offer applies to each set of 3 items. In each set, the lowest-priced item is automatically offered for free. If the cart contains more than 3 items, the offer will be applied to every complete set of 3 items.
For the purpose of this offer, an “item” refers exclusively to a set of press-on nails. Accessories, tools, or any other products available on the site are excluded from this promotion and cannot form part of a set of 3 items to qualify for the offer.
This offer applies only to selected products and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
Returns:
- The customer may return any item from a set.
- The refund for a set is calculated based on the amount paid for the set minus the original price of the non-returned items in the set.
- Free items have not been paid for and are considered to have a value of €0 for the purpose of calculating refunds when returned together with one or more items from the set, or with the entire set. The return of a free item does not entitle the customer to any refund, as it was not paid for.
- If the customer decides to keep the free item from a set but returns the paid items of that set, the original price of the free item will be charged.
- Each set is handled separately, meaning the return of one set does not affect other sets or items in the order.
- All returns must comply with Qeera Nails’ standard return policy: items must be in their original, unused condition, and the return request must be submitted via the self-service portal or by email.
11. Warranty & Claims
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the Customer must report it via our return platform within 14 days of receipt.
The product may be eligible for a replacement or refund after inspection.
12. Personal Data
Data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
The Customer can request the deletion of their personal data at any time via our contact form or by email at support@qeeranails.com.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing that, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
